BOOKING CANCELATION & REFUND
Please note that by accessing, browsing or making a reservation through our website www.riverineadventures.com you acknowledge and ensure to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and apply to all of our services.
IN CASE THE CHANGES/POSTPONEMENT/CANCELATION INITIATED BY THE PARTICIPANTS
If you have booked your adventure holidays with us and wish to replace/add any participant in your booking or change the departure date then contact us as earlier as possible. An earlier possible notice will help us to make changes to your booking as we plan the arrangements in advanced. A notice to make changes to your arrangements or to cancel your booking, must be in written and requested by the person who has made the booking. We will do our utmost to make these changes to your booking but It may not always be possible. If any cost incurred due to make these changes will be borne by the participant. However, if you have to cancel your booking/adventure holidays due to any reason then cancellation charges mentioned below would be applied.
IN CASE THE CHANGES/POSTPONEMENT/CANCELATION INITIATED BY RIVERINE ADVENTURES
We acknowledge everyone’s prior to booking that the adventure activities we offer are dependent on outdoor environment and mostly placed in remote areas. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your itinerary as we do plan your trip arrangements in advance to provide you a comfortable, safe and enjoyable travel services. However in the field of adventures, there are many variables beyond our control like (adverse weather, flash-flood, river fluctuations, storm, earthquake, landslides, road situations, strikes, lock-outs, labour troubles, riots, actual or threatened terrorist activity and its consequences, war (whether or not declared), epidemics, health risks and pandemics, governmental actions, delay in issuance or processing of Visa/permit, change of laws and regulations or any other force majeure conditions), we may alter your itinerary or advise you a more suitable adventure trip/activity with similar standards and cost with a short notice any time (prior to departure/participation or during the trip) with having your safety in mind. Also reserve the rights to cancel your trip anytime due to unsafe conditions.
We also reserve the right under Force Majeure Events to cancel your travel arrangements / offer alternative dates / revise the itinerary before or during the trip. Any additional cost incurred due to the above-mentioned reasons will have to be borne by the traveller himself. There shall be no refund to the traveller under Force Majeure Events.
IMPORTANT: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 30 days before date of departure.
CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR SHORT ADVENTURE HOLIDAYS (1-5 DAYS)
These charges apply to all our group, private & customized services:
Cancellation made 48 hours prior to departure: Refund 80% of total cost.
Cancellation made 36 hours prior to departure: Refund 50% of total cost.
Cancellation made 24 hours prior to departure: Refund 25% of total cost.
Cancellation made 24 hours to departure: No refund.
IMPORTANT: There would be no refund if any booking/cancelation made withing 7 days to departure date.
CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR LONG ADVENTURE HOLIDAYS (5-15 DAYS)
These charges apply to all our group, private & customized services:
Cancellation made 30 days prior to departure: Refund 75% of total cost.
Cancellation made 15 days prior to departure: Refund 50% of total cost.
Cancellation made 7 days prior to departure: Refund 25% of total cost.
Cancellation made 7 days to departure: No refund.
IMPORTANT: There would be no refund if any booking/cancelation made withing 7 days to departure date.
BOOKING YOUR ADVENTURE
Booking can be made via our website, email or telephone. The adventures we offered on our website are provided with the details which helps enthusiasts to clearly understand and choose the right adventure for themselves, their friends and family. To confirm your adventure, follow the CONFIRM NOW tab at the bottom of the selective activity/page OR inquiry through CONTACT US page. Will communicate you after receiving a booking request. A WAIVER FORM (Release of Liability) along with BOOKING FORM will be sent to you on provided email address.
To participate in any activity all enthusiast has to read WAIVER FORM (Release of Liability) carefully and agreed to its terms & conditions.
A Confirmation Letter with detailed information about the adventure you confirmed, meeting location & time would be sent to you in the provided email address once we received its confirmations fees in Riverine Adventures account.
PRICES FOR OFFERED ACTIVITIES/TOUR PACKAGES/COURSES
Please note that all prices provided on our website for operated tours its private and group services are quoted single/per person and in local currency- Indian Rupees (INR) including confirmation charges.
The effective prices for the offered activity/tour/package/course may increase or decrease anytime from the current prices. Riverine Adventures reserve the right to amend its prices anytime with or without a sort notice before and including the departure date. Amendments may be necessitated for many reasons, Riverine Adventures can not be responsible for any additional fees outside its control that may be applied such as increased fuel costs/settle services, currency fluctuations, bank transfer fees, credit card fees and etc. Any increase in prices must be paid prior to departure.
